Is this the Irish Podcast Awards?
Absolutely not! We are proudly Irish and thrilled to be the ones bringing this event back to life for the Irish Podcast Community. It’s an honor we don’t take lightly!
What is The Podcaster Summit?
The Podcaster Summit is the start of something new. This 3-hour gathering equips podcasters with strategic networking opportunities, deep-dive sessions, and direct advice from leading experts on enhancing reach, refining positioning, and innovative monetisation methods.
When and where is the event taking place?
The Irish Pod Awards and Podcaster Summit will take place on 6th November 2024 at The Stella, Rathmines.
What’s included in the ticket price?
Summit tickets: Access to all sessions, networking opportunities, and coffee breaks.
Awards Ceremony tickets: Includes entry, a meal, and entertainment throughout the evening.
Full Access Pass: Includes both the summit and the awards ceremony, plus all the perks from both.
Can I attend just the Awards Ceremony or the Summit?
Yes, you can choose to attend either event individually or both with a full access pass.
How do I submit my podcast for consideration?
Visit our Submissions Page to enter your podcast for the awards. Follow the instructions, and make sure to submit before the deadline (30th September)
What are the award categories?
We have 30 categories celebrating different podcast genres and production roles, including Best Comedy, Best True Crime, Best Producer, Rising Star, and of course Podcast of the Year. Check out the full list on our website.
Can I nominate a podcast if I’m not the creator?
Yes of course! Just head over to the Submissions Portal and nominate your favorite podcasts.
Who are the judges?
We are currently gathering a group of judges across different industries. We will release our judges on Friday 29th September.
What are the criteria for judging?
Podcasts will be judged by our panel of judges plus the listeners votes. The judging panel will judge all entries based on content quality, originality, production value, and engagement. More detailed judging criteria are available on our Submissions Page.
